A RESOULTION for the acceptance of work by Terranova Construction Co.,
Inc. at the Pasco/Franklin County Senior Citizen Center
to install a new dance floor and make other minor repairs
and commencement of a thirty (30) day lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Terranova Con-
struction Co., Inc. at the Senior Citizen Center.
WHEREAS, such work has been completed an a satisfactory manner.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS:
The contract work by Terranova Construction Co., Inc. on the installation
of a new dance floor and certain other repairs is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence an the retaanage
held by the City of Pasco an this project.
