RESOLUTION NO. 1628
A RESOLUTION approving changes in bus stop location.
WHEREAS, city Ordinance No. 2348 requires that the location
of Benton-Franklin Transit Authority bus stops be approved and
designated by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1502 so designated certain bus stop
locations as shown on Exhibit A hereto, and
WHEREAS, for good and sufficient reason the Benton-Franklin
Transit Authority now desires to relocate two of the bus stops
shown on Exhibit A and the Pasco City Council finds the proposed
relocations acceptable, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
1. Exhibit A to Resolution No. 1502 is hereby amended to
reflect the changes in bus stop locations shown on Exhibit
B to this Resolution.
2. This Resolution and the exhibits hereto shall be attached
to Resolution No. 1502 on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Dear Mr. Kraft
Ben Franklin Transit is requesting permission to make the following bus
stop change in response to a request from the Church of God that Ben
Franklin Transit remove the bus stop from in front of the Church
property at 2318 West Court Street The proposed new location for that
stop is in front of the new car wash at 2405 West Court Street
Mr Jim Ajax, Pasco Director of Public Works, has indicated his
approval of this move
An authorization from Mr. Henry Kidwell, owner of the property, for
installation of the bus stop at 2402 West Court Street is enclosed.

Dear Mr. Kraft
Ben Franklin Transit is requesting permission to make the following bus
stop change in response to a request from Mr. C. L Rodriguez, 906 10th
Avenue, Pasco We are anticipating removing the bus stop from in front
of Mr. Rodriguez' property and moving it north, approximately one
block. The proposed new location for that stop is in front of vacant
lots 6 and 7, street addresses between 816 and 826 10th Avenue in
Pasco An authorization form is enclosed from Frank and Jewel Jones,
property owners of lots 6 and 7 for installation of a bus stop at this
location Mr. Jim Ajax, Director of Public Works for Pasco, has
indicated his approval of this move
