RESOLUTION NO. 1621
A RESOLUTION relocating a bus stop location on the north
side of Sylvester Street just east of 20th
Avenue.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2348 prescribes that the location
of all bus stops be designated by resolution duly passed by the
City Council, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1502 did in fact designate the
location of all bus stops within the city of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, the Benton Franklin Transit Authority and the
affected adjacent property owners to both the present location
of bus stop number 19 and the proposed location of bus stop number
19 are all desirous to relocate the bus stop; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has found no
unusual traffic problems associated with the proposed location;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the location of bus stop number 19 be changed so
as to relocate bus stop number 19 from its present location
easterly on the north side of Sylvester Street to a point immediately
in front of the Odd Fellows Hall.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
attached to Resolution No. 1502 and still further that the
map attached to that resolution be amended to so reflect this change.

Dear Mr. Kraft
Dr Robert L Andelin has requested that we remove our bus stop from in
front of h ere,- r Sir_PB____t The proposed new
location for that stop is in front of the Odd Fellows Temple, 1811 W.
Sylvester Street. Attached is an authorization from the Odd Fellows,
owners of that property, for installation of the bus stop in front of
their lodge.
Mr Jim Ajax, Pasco City Engineer, has indicated that the new location
would not pose a safety or traffic hazard and approved the move.
With this letter, we request your approval for the relocation of this
stop.
