RESOLUTION NO. 1619
A RESOLUTION accepting right-of-way on 28th Avenue.
WHEREAS, adequate right-of-way does not presently
exist at the southwest corner of the intersection of 28th
Avenue and Sylvester Street and at the northwest corner of
the intersection of 28th Avenue and West Irving Street, and
WHEREAS, such right-of-way is needed for public safety,
and
WHEREAS, the Time Oil Company has signed a conveyance of
public right-of-way to the city of Pasco for the needed right-
of-way; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
The City Council of the city of Pasco hereby accepts
the right-of-way granted in the signed conveyance from the Time
Oil Company.

PARCEL 1 Beginning at the intersection of the South line of West Sylvester Street with the
West line of Road 28 in the City of Pasco, Washington, which corner is located near
the Northeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 25
Township 9 North, Range 29 East W M , Franklin County, Washington, thence Westerly
along the South line of West Sylvester Street to the point of tangency of a curve
with a 19 foot radius, thence East and South along a curve to the right with a radiu
of 19 feet to the point of tangency with the West line of Road 28, thence Northerly
along the West line of Road 28 to the point of beginning
PARCEL 2. Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Road 28 with the North line of
West Irving Street, in the City of Pasco, Washington, which intersection is located
near the Southeast corner of the North half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeas
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 25, Township 9 North, Range 29 East W.M
Franklin County, Washington, thence Northerly along the West line of Road 23 to the
point of tangency of a curve with a 19 foot radius, thence Southerly and Westerly
along a curve to the right with a radius of 19 feet to the point of tangency with th
North line of West Irving Street, thence Easterly along the North line of West
Irving Street to the point of beginning.
