RESOLUTION NO. 1614
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by John Rada Excavating
at the Pasco Municipal Golf Course to demolish
and remove an old clubhouse and commencement of a
thirty (30) day lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by John
Rada Excavating on the old clubhouse and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS.
The contract work by John Rada Excavating on the demolishing
of an old clubhouse is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on
the retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project.
Passed this 16 day of January, 1984.
