HomeMy WebLinkAbout1613 ResolutionAYEE LIOP. ff, 1F, Clerk Greg Rubstello, City Attorney Joe Jackson, Mayor RESOLUTION NO 1613 A RESOLUTION ordering the segregation of L I D No 110, Final Assessment No 92 into three accounts, as requested by Seattle-First National Bank (executor of estate of J W Fanning, owner) WHEREAS, Seattle-First National Bank has requested that the final assessuent for L I D NO 110-92 be segregated into three individual assessments, and WHEREAS, state law provides for such segregation of assessments by the provisions of R C W 35 44 410, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASOO Section One The City Treasurer is hereby directed, upon receipt of the fees stipulated below from the estate of J W Fanning, to segregate the following described original assessment as confirmed by Council action in Ordinance No 2236, passed February 2, 1981 IEGAL DESCRIPTION ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT AMOUNT LESS PAYMENTS PRINCIPAL BALANCE DUE S 150' of N 157 5' of S 1/2 NE 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4 25-9-20, Exc E 310' and 11J 1/2 S 1/2 NE 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4 25-9-29 Exc N 157 5' into the following revised assessments $23,329 85 $4,665 96 $18,663 89 Lot 1 Short Plat No 84-1 9,928 91 1,985 78 7,943 13 Lot 2 Short Plat No 84-1 7,495 42 1,499 08 5,996 34 Lot 3 Short Plat No 84-1 5,905 52 1,181 10 4,724 42 Section Two The estate of J W Fanning shall pay a fee of Ten Dollars ($10 00) for each of the segregated parcels of land for a total of thirty dollars ($30 00), as provided by'R C W 35 44 410 Section Three The estate shall additionally pay a fee of fifty dollars ($50 00) for each of the segregated parcels of land for a total of one-hundred fifty dollars ($150 00) to cover administrative costs incidental to making the segregation, as provided by R C W 35 44 410 Section Four This segregation of assessment shall be recorded as provided by law upon receipt of fees and calculation of the segregated assessments 3 PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this day of January , 1984 SEATTLE-FIRST NATIONAL BANK TRI-CITIES TRUST DEPARTMENT JAMES A PICHE Vice President and Trust Officer and Trust Branch Manager December 22, 1983 Mr. Jerry Conners City of Pasco Fiance Director P.O. Box 293 Pasco, WA 99301 Re: J. W. Fanning estate Proposed Short Plat Dear Mr. Conners: Seattle-First National Bank is executor under the Will of the estate of J.W. Fanning. We are attempting to Short Plat the following described property: Portion NE4 of SW4 of NE4, Section 25, T9N, R29E, W.M. which is subject to LID #110 Parcel 9. We understand that we will need to have the LID segregated in accordance with the proposed Short Plat before it can be approved. We would appreciate your presenting this letter and the enclosed copy of the proposed Short Plat to the City Council at the January 3, 1984 meeting for their approval to apportion the LID between the three new lots.
