RESOLUTION NO. 1609
A RESOLUTION authorizing certain locations in the City of Pasco
for Benton-Franklin Public Transit Authority bus
passenger shelters.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PASCO CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
The Benton-Franklin Public Transit Authority may, in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2415 and after procurement of
a City of Pasco building permit, install a bus passenger shelter at
the following locations:
1) On the west side of 22nd Avenue, approximately
443 feet north of the north curb line of Pearl
Street,
2) On the west side of Elm Avenue, approximately
170 feet north of the northern curb line of
Alton Street;
3) On the north side of Court Street, approximately
175 feet west of the western curb line of 20th
Avenue;
4) On the west side of 20th Avenue, approximately
84 feet north of the northern curb line of Brown
Street;
5) On the north side of Marie Street, approximately
141 feet east of the eastern curb line of 7th
Avenue;
6) On the west side of 1st Avenue, approximately 33
feet north of the northern curb line of Octave
Street;
7) On the west side of 4th Avenue, approximately
60 feet south of the southern curb line of Octave
Street.
PASSED this 5 day of December , 1983, by the City
Council and approved by the Mayor.

northern curb line of Alton Street (easement permit, existing stop)
P12 On the north side of Court Street, approximately 175 feet west of
the western curb line of 20th Avenue (easement permit, existing stop)
P13 On the west side of 20th Avenue, approximately 84 feet north of the
northern curb line of Brown Street (easement, existing stop)
P14 On the north side of Marie Street, approximately 141 feet east of
the eastern curb line of 7th Avenue (easement permit, existing stop)
P15 On the west side of 1st Avenue, approximately 33 feet north of the
northern curb line of Octave Street (easement permit, existing stop)
P16 On the west side of 4th Avenue, approximately 60 feet south of the
