A RESOLUTION of the City Council of Pasco congratulating
Messrs Oberst and Smith for their publication
entitled "Pasco - 100 Years in Pictures", and
Mary Lou Enlow who designed the cover
WHEREAS, in 1984, the City of Pasco will celebrate the 100th
anniversary of its founding, and
WHEREAS, a picture history of the 100 years of the growth
and development of Pasco is a most valuable contribution, and
WHEREAS, such a pictorial history embodying some 325 photographs,
was compiled by Messrs Oberst and Smith and for which publication,
Mary Lou Enlow painted the cover and designed the layout of the
book, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE, AS FOLLOWS
A special debt of gratitude is expressed to Ralph Smith,
Walter Oberst and to Mary Lou Enlow, for their voluntary labor
in compiling and bringing to publication a 100 year pictorial
history of Pasco
