RESOLUTION NO. 1600
A RESOLUTION vacating a utility easement in a Replat of Foster's
Addition.
WHEREAS, more than adequate utility easements do exist
within Block 2, Replat of Foster's Addition, and
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco has determined that the existing
easement between Lots 10 and 11 of Block 2 is not currently being
utilized nor will be required for further use, and
WHEREAS, the existing easement places an undue burden on
the adjacent owners ability to utilize their lots; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO.
That the City Council of the City of Pasco hereby vacates
the existing utility easement between Lot 10 and Lot 11, Block 2,
Replat of Foster's Addition, from a point 10 feet easterly of the
westerly lot lines of said Lots 10 and 11 to the westerly ri4ht-of-
way of North 9th Avenue
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this
6 day of September , 1983.
