RESOLUTION NO. 1599
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by Armstrong Homes
at the Pasco Municipal Golf Course to construct
a clubhouse and commencement of a thirty (30)
day lien
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Arm-
strong Homes on the clubhouse and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS
The contract work by Armstrong Homes on the construction of
a clubhouse is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on
the retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project.
Passed this 6 day of September, 1983.
