RESOLUTION NO 1598
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by A & B Asphalt
at the Pasco Municipal Golf Course to construct
a paved parking lot and commencement of a thirty
(30) day lien.
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by A & B
Asphalt on the parking lot and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS
The contract work by A & B Asphalt on the construction of a
parking lot is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on
the retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project
Passed this 6 day of September, 1983.
