Department, the Franklin County Fire District No. 3 Department,
Pasco Public Works Department, Pasco Police Department, Franklin
County Sheriff's Department, Washington State Patrol, Cascade

extremely valuable, cost saving to the cities and a demonstration
of the spirit of cooperation that exists among the Tr-Cities
and the public agencies therein.
