1577 RESOLUTIOT NO.
A RESOLUTION authorizin9 certain locations in the City of
Pasco for Benton-Franklin Public Transit
Authority bus passenger lienches.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PASCO CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
The Benton-Franklin Public Transit Authority may, in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2453 and after procurement of
a City of Pasco building permit, install a bus passenger shelter at
the following locations:
1) Mounted on back edge of sidewalk on north side of Court
Street approximately 180 feet west of west curb line of
20th Avenue,
2) Mounted behind sidewalk on west side of 20th Avenue
approximately 87 feet north of north curb line of
Brown Street;
3) Mounted behind sidewalk on south side of Sylvester
Street approximately 60 feet east of east curb line
of 28th Avenue;
4) Lounted behind sidewalk on west side of 22nd Avenue
approximately 403 feet north of north curb line of
Pearl Street;
5) Mounted on back edge of sidewalk on west side of 10th
Avenue approximately 127 feet north of north curb line
of Clark Street;
6) Mounted behind sidewalk on east side of 10th Avenue
approximately 60 feet north of north curb line of
Clark Street,
7) Mounted behind sidewalk on south side of Parkview Street
approximately 35 feet west of west curb line of Elm
Avenue;
8) Mounted behind sidewalk on south side of Court Street
approximately 57 feet east of east curb line of 34th
Avenue;
9 ) Mounted behind sidewalk on north side of Marie Street
approximately 268 feet east of the east curb line of
7th Avenue (west line of Block 7, Sylvester's Second
Addition);

10) Mounted on back edge of sidewalk on south side of
Court Street approximately 53 feet west of west
curb line of 7th Avenue.
