RESOLUTION NO. 1573
A RESOLUTION authorizing the City Manager to set special
rates for golf course play.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council that the
Pasco Municipal Golf Course green fee charges remain competitive
with the charges of other golf courses in the area; and
WHEREAS, other golf courses in the area from time to
time have special rates for certain days or for certain periods
of time; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO.
THE CITY MANAGER IS AUTHORIZED, UPON RECOMMENDATION OF
THE GOLF COURSE PROFESSIONAL AND THE GOLF COURSE
ADVISORY COMMITTEE, TO SET SPECIAL RATES FOR GOLF
COURSE PLAY AT CERTAIN TIMES OR FOR SPECIFIC PERIODS
OF TIME. BY WAY OF EXAMPLE, THE CITY MANAGER MAY
AUTHORIZE THE OFFERING OF A SPECIAL $5.00 TICKET ON
THURSDAYS AFTER 3:00 P.M., OR A SPECIAL FEE FOR
SENIORS OR WOMEN ON TUESDAY FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL,
ON THE APPROPRIATE RECOMMENDATION.
