RESOLUTION NO 1564
A RESOLUTION accepting the work performed by L & R Building Sales,
Inc., under contract for project no 82-9-01, Public
Works Improvements.
WHEREAS, the work performed by L & R Building Sales, Inc.,
under contract for project no 82-9-01, has been examined by the
City Engineer, and the City Engineer has found that all work required
by the contract has been acceptably performed and completed in
conformance with the applicable project specifications and drawings,
and
WHEREAS, it is the City Engineer's recommendation that the
City of Pasco formally accept the contractor's work and the project
as complete, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City Council concurs with the City Engineer's
recommendation and hereby accepts the work performed by L & R
Building Sales, Inc., under contract for project no. 82-9-01
as being completed in conformance with the project specifications and
drawings, and
Be it further resolved that the City Clerk is hereby directed
to notify the Washington State Department of Revenue and Labor and
Industries of this acceptance, and
Be it further resolved that final payment of retainage being
withheld pursuant to applicalole laws, regulations and administrative
determinations shall be released upon satisfaction of same and
verification thereof by the City Engineer and Director of Finance.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this
day of February, 1983.
