S -id r, Mayor RESOLUTION NO. 1560 A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider the vacation of certain portions of Octave Street and Marie Street, and a certain alley, all within the City of Pasco. WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain portions of streets and alleys within the City of Pasco; and WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires a public hearing on said petition to be fixed by Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That a public hearing to consider the vacation of certain public rights-of-way described as follows: 1) That portion of Octave Street, lying between the east line of North Fifth Avenue and the west line of North Fourth Avenue, according to the Plat of Sylvester Park Addition; 2) The south ten (10) feet of Marie Street lying between the east line of the North Fifth Avenue and the west line of North Fourth Avenue, according to the Plat of Sylvester Park Addition. 3) The east/west alley within Block 8, Sylvester Park Addition. Will be held by the City Council of the City of Pasco on Monday, March 7, 1983, in the Council Chambers of Pasco City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, that the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice of said hearing as required by law.
