RESOLUTION NO. 1555
A RESOLUTION acceptin g the work performed b y Pavers, Inc., under
contract for pro j ect no. 82-3-03, Irvin g Street
L.I.D. No. 116.
WHEREAS, the work performed b y Paver's Inc., under contract
for pro j ect no. 82-3-03, has been examined b y the Cit y En g ineer, and
the Cit y En g ineer has found that all work re q uired b y the contract
has peen acceptabl y performed and completed in conformance with the
applicable pro j ect specifications and drawin g s, and
WHEREAS, it is the Cit y En g ineer's recommendation that the
Cit y of Pasco formall y accept the contractor's work and the pro j ect
as complete, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the Cit y Council concurs with the Cit y En g ineer's
recommendation and hereb y accepts the work performed b y Pavers, Inc.,
under contract for pro j ect no 82-3-03 as bein g completed in conformance
with the pro j ect specifications and drawin g s, and
Be it further resolved that the Cit y Clerk is hereb y directed
to notif y the Washin g ton State Department of Revenue and Labor and
Industries of this acceptance, and
Be it further resolved that final pa y ment of retainage bein g
withheld pursuant to applicable laws, re g ulations and administrative
determinations shall be released upon satsifaction of same and verification
thereof b y the Cit y En g ineer and Director of Finance.
