HomeMy WebLinkAbout1549 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 1549 A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider vacation of a certain alley within the City of Pasco WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a certain alley within the City of Pasco, and WHEREAS, R.0 W. 35 79 requires a public hearing on said petition to be fixed by resolution, NOW, THEREFORE, That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the alley right-of-way lying within Block 14, Wehe's First Addition will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers at City Hall 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8 00 p m. on the 3rd day of January, 1983. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
