RESOLUTION NO. 1548
A RESOLUTION for a two year waiver of the payment of the
admissions tax by Columbia Basin College.
WHEREAS, the Pasco City Council has considered the propriety of
the waiver of the admissions tax requirements for Columbia Basin College
events permitted under PMC 3.04.110 and considered a waiver for a two
year duration to be in the public interest, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PASCO CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
A two year waiver for the period beginning on the date hereof
and ending on December 31, 1984, is hereby granted to the Columbia
Basin College from the payment of the admission tax under PMC 3.04.110
for Columbia Basin College events.
