RESOLUTION NO. 1543
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of a certain portion of Gray Avenue within the
City of Pasco
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a certain portion of Gray Avenue
within the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, RCW 35.79 requires a public hearing on said petition to be
fixed by resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that portion of Gray
Avenue lying south of the south line of Washington Street will be held before
the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers at City Hall,
412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8 00 p m on the
6th day of December 1982 That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give
notice of said public hearing as required by law

of November , 1982
