RESOLUTION NO. 1536
A RESOLUTION authorizing a certain location in the City of
Pasco for Benton Franklin Public Transit
Authority bus passenger shelter.,-.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PASCO CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
The Benton Franklin Public Transit Authority may, in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2396 and after procurement of a
City of Pasco building permit, Install a bus passenger shelter at the
following location:
Immediately behind the sidewalk on
the west side of 14th Avenue approx-
imately 35 feet south of the south
curb line of Hop n Street.
