RESOLUTION NO 1531
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by Seifken & Sons
at the Pasco Municipal Golf Course to construct
Golf Cart Storage Facilities and commencement
of a thirty (30) day lien
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by Seifken
& Sons on the Golf Cart Storage Facilities, and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS
The contract work by Siefken & Sons on the construction of Golf
Cart Storage Facilities is hereby accepted
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on the
retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project.
Passed this 4 day of October, 1982

This is to confirm that I have determined the Golf Cart Storage
Buildings to be substantially complete and built in conformance
with project drawings and specifications. Minor items remain to be
eAecuted by the contractor from a punch list compiled by your
office.
