RESOLUTION NO. 1530
A RESOLUTION authorizing certain locations in the City of Pasco
for Benton-Franklin Public Transit Authority bus
passenger shelters.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PASCO CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS
The Benton-Franklin Public Transit Authority may, in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2396 and after procurement of
a City of Pasco building permit, install a bus passenger shelter at
the following locations:
1) Approximately 6 feet north of the street curb on the
north side of Lewis Street apuroximately 60 feet west
of the west curb line of 20th Avenue;
2) Immediately behind the sidewalk on the north side of
Margaret Street approximately 33 feet east of the
east curb line of the west parking lot of the Parkside
Senior Complex;
3) On the east side of 4th Avenue approximately 80 feet
south of the south curb line of Lewis Street;
4) On the west side of 22nd Avenue approximately 475
feet north of the north curb line of Pearl Street;
5) On the west side of 20th Avenue approximately 225
feet north of the north curb line of the south
parking lot entrance drive at Columbia Basin
Community College;
6) On the north side of Court Street approximately 115
feet west of the southeast corner of the Riverview
Plaza shopping center property,
7) On the east side of Wehe Avenue approximately 60
feet north of the East Pasco Neighborhood Facility
parking lot entrance;
8) On the south side of Court Street approximately 55
feet east of the east curb line of 20th Avenue.
