RESOLUTION NO 1528
A RESOLUTION INITIATING THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN PORTION OF IRVING
STREET WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO AND FIXING A TIME AND
PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
WHEREAS, The City of Pasco has acquired additional right of way along
Irving Street for a culdesac in conjunction with L I D No 116, and
WHEREAS, R C W 35 79 authorizes the City of Pasco to initiate vacation
proceedings by fixing a time and place for a public hearing to consider whether
a portion of Irving Street may be vacated without impediment to adequate public
circulation and utility extensions, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that portion of Irving
Street described as follows
"All right of way within the northwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 25, Township 9 North,
Range 29 East W M , lying west of a radius of forty-five (45)
feet from a point lying on the centerline of Irving Street,
701 23 feet westerly along said centerline from the intersection
of the centerline of Road 28 and Irving Street, and east of the
easterly right of way line of State Highway No 12,"
will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the City Council
Chambers at Pasco City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington (99301),
at the hour of 8 00 P M in the evening, on Monday, October 18, 1982, due
notice of which shall be given by the City Clerk of the City of Pasco
