Home My WebLink About1525 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO 1525 A RESOLUTION initiating the vacation of certain portions of Ainsworth Street "D" Street and South 6th Avenue within the City of Pasco and fixing a time and place for a public hearing thereon WHEREAS, previous vacations of portions of Ainsworth Street, "D" Street, and South 6th Avenue have resulted in inconsistent rights-of-way widths along said streets, and WHEREAS, RCW 35 79 authorizes the City of Pasco to initiate vacation proceedings by fixing a time and place for a public hearing to consider whether additional portions of Ainsworth Street, "D" Street, and South 6th Avenue, may be vacated without impediment to adequate public cirulation and utility extensions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO That a public hearing to consider the vacation of those portions of Ainsworth Street between South 10th Avenue and South 4th Avenue, portions of "D" Street, and South 6th Avenue hereinafter described will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers at Pasco City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8 00 p m in the evening, on Monday, October 18, 1982, due notice of which shall be given by the City Clerk of the City of Pasco STREETS "D" STREET All of "D" Street lying between the extended east and west lines of Lot 8, Block 11, Gantenbein's Addition SOUTH 6TH AVENUE The west 10 feet between the extended south line of Lot 8, J Block 11, Gantenbein's Addition and the north line of Ainsworth Street AINSWORTH STREET The south 10 feet lying between the east line of south 10th Avenue and the west line of South 9th Avenue, the north 10 feet lying between the west line of South 4th Avenue and a point 10 feet west of the west line of Block 16, Gantenbein's Addition, the north 10 feet lying between a point 10 feet east of the east line of Lot 2, Block 15, Gantenbein's Addition and the west line of Lot 2, Block 15, Gantenbein's Addition, the north 10 feet lying between the east line of Lot 16, Block 15, Gantenbein's Addition and a point 10 feet west of the west line of Block 15, Gantenbein's Addition, the north 10 feet lying between a point 10 feet east of the extended east line of Block 11, Gantenbein's Addition and the extended west line of Lot 8, Block 11, Gantenbein's Addition, the north 10 feet lying between a point 10 feet east of the east line of Block 12, Gantenbein's Addition and a point 10 feet west of the west line of Block 12G, Gantenbein's Addition, the north 10 feet lying between a point 10 feet east of the east line of Block 17, Riverside Addition and a point 10 feet west of the west line of Block 17, Riverside Addition, the north 10 feet lying between a point 10 feet east of the extended east line of Lot 10, Block 13, Riverside Addition and the extended west line of Lot 10, Block 13, Riverside Addition, the north 10 feet lying between the extended east line of Lot 11, Block 13, Riverside Addition and the west line of Lot 11, Block 13, Riverside Addition.
