RESOEUFION NO 1520
A RESOLUTION accepting light-of-way on living Street
WHEREAS, adequate right-of-way does not presently exist for a
cul-de-sac on Irving Stieet 701 23 feet west of Road 28, and
WHEREAS, R X and Lola Lyle have signed a conveyance of public
right-of-way to the City of Pasco for the needed right-of-way, NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That the City Council of the City of Pasco hereby accepts the
right-of-way granted in the signed conveyance from R X and Lola Lyle
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 2

CONVEYANCE OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
For valuable consideration, the grantor, R X and Lola Lyle
612 Road 36, Pasco, Washington 99301
hereby grants, gives, and conveys to the grantee, City of Pasco, a
municipal corporation of the State of Washington located in Franklin
County, its successors and assigns, the right-of-way, including the
privilege to construct, maintain, repair, and maintain a roadway,
utilities, and appurtenances thereto, and such other rights associted
with the public right-of-way, over and upon the following land, located
in Franklin County, State of Washington, to-wit
That portion of a radius of 45' from a point lying on the centerline of Irving
Street -1593.-W westerly along said centerline from the intersection of centerlines
of Road 28 and Irving Street, lying within the following

The east half of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of the southwest
quarter EXCEPT PSH #3 and EXCFPTrortheast quarter of the northwest quarter of
the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter, EXCEPT County Roads, Section 25,
T9N EWM, and
The northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of the
southwest quarter, EXCEPT that portion conveyed to the State of Washington and
less that portion of PSH #3 Section 25, T9N, EWM.
The grantor shall make no use of the land inconsistent with the
grantee's use of it as a public right-of-way.
In exercising the rights herein granted, the grantee and its
successors and assigns, may pass and repass over said land to cut and
remove brush, trees and other obstructions which in the opinion of the
grantee interfere with the use of the land as a public right-of-way and
otherwise use and occupy the land consistent with its construction,
J maintenance, and uses as a public right-of-way.

The covenants herein contained shall run with the land and are
binding upon all subsequent owners thereof.
