RESOLUTION NO 1518
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of a certain portion of Ainsworth Street
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a certain portion of Ainsworth Street
in the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, RCW 35179 requires a public hearing on said petition to be fixed
by resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the North ten feet
of Ainsworth Street lying between a point ten feet west of the East line of
Eighth Avenue and a point ten feet east of the West line of Seventh Avenue,
all adjacent the South line of Block 16, Riverside Addition, within the City
of Pasco, will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the
Council Chambers at City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the
hour of 8 00 P M , on the 2nd day of August, 1982 That the City Clerk of the
City of Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as required by law
