Snid-er, Mayor RESOLUTION NO. 1 512 A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by Pacemaker Industries, Inc., under Job No. 77-4-03, Thermo-Plastic Pavement Marking. WHEREAS, the work done by Pacemaker Industries, Inc., under Job No. 77-4-03, has been examined by the city engineer and the city engineer has found that the work on said project has been com- pleted in accordance with the plans and specifications of said pro- ject, and it appears that the city should now accept the same and concur in the engineer's recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That the City Council concurs in the engineer's recommendation and finds that the work done under Job No. 77-4-03, Thermo-Plastic Pavement Marking, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project and that the same be and is here- by accepted; and that the Department of Labor and Industries and the Department of Revenue be notified of the acceptance of this work.
