RESOLUTION NO. 1511
A RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of Public Works
to sign Referendum 38 grant money documents.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PASCO CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
JAMES S. AJAX, Director of Public Works/City Engineer is
hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Pasco all
necessary and/or required agreements and documents between the City
of Pasco and the Washington State Department of Social and Health
Services with respect to the securing and administering of Referendum
38 grant monies as they relate to the First Phase of the Second Pres-
sure Zone and Raw Water Improvement projects.
