RESOLUTION NO. 1509
A RESOLUTION for the acceptance of work by A. J.
Corporation at the Pasco Municipal
Golf Course and commencement of a
thirty (30) day lien
WHEREAS, the contract work has been fully completed by the
A. J. Corporation on the Pasco Municipal Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, such work has been completed in a satisfactory
manner,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The contract work by A. J. Corporation on the construction
of the Pasco Municipal Golf Course is hereby accepted.
The thirty (30) day statutory lien period shall commence on
the retainage held by the City of Pasco on this project.
PASSED this /2 day of May, 1982.
