A RESOLUTION authorizing Leland F' Kraft, City Manager, to sign and/or
execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and
secure Economic Development Administration (EDA) Grant
Funding for the High Pressure Zone Transmission Intertie
Project
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco intends to initiate and complete the
installation of the High Pressure Zone Transmission Intertie Project by November
1, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the City has been invited by the Economic Development Admin-
istration (EDA) to apply for EDA Grant Funds, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been apprised of the details of the
project as well as the EDA Grant invitation, and
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the importance of expediting the
EDA Grant application process to avoid the possibility that the project would be
delayed for a full year, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That the Pasco City Council does hereby authorize Leland (f.-\; Kraft,
City Manager, to sign and otherwise execute any and all document that may be
necessary to apply for and secure EDA Grant funding for the High Pressure Zone
Transmission Intertie Project
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 5 day of
April , 1982
