RESOLUTION NO 1501i
WHEREAS, certain aterial streets within the City of Pasco are in
need of structural improvements, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it would be in the City's best
intPrest to accomplish such improvement by means of asphaltic concrete
overlay, and
WHEREAS, any delay to future years would potentially result in
total structural failure of these roadways, and
WHEREAS, the City has budgeted the local matching monies so that the
improvements can be made, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That the City of Pasco requests an advance for federal fiscal year 1983
(FY-83) of its annual Federal Aid Metropolitan funds allocation in the amount
of Forty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Three ($48,233 00) Dollars It is
understood that if such future allocation is not later appropriated the City
would have to reimburse these costs and such reimbursement would be accomplished
by the state withholding gas tax monies for a period of eighteen (18) months
starting from the date the Federal Aid Metropolitan funds program is discontinued
