RESOLUTION NO 1500
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of a certain portion of North 15th Avenue within
the City of Pasco
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a certain portion of North 15th Avenue
within the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, RCW 35 79 requires a public hearing on said petition to be fixed
by resolution, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that portion of the
west 5 feet of North 15th Avenue lying adjacent the east line of Lots 1 and
32, Block 19, Lots 1* and 32, Block 22, and Lots lc; and 32, Block 25, Helm's
Second Addition, all within the City of Pasco will be held before the City Council
of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 412 West Clark
Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 8 00 p m , April 5, 1982 That the
City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as
required by law
