A RESOLUTION conditionally approving the preliminary
plat of the replat of Block 10, Wehe's
First Addition, and setting forth the
specific conditions under which a final
plat of said replat may be prepared.
WHEREAS, an application for preliminary plat was filed by
Doctor Anthony Putra, owner, on February 2, 1982, said application
being assigned Planning Division Master File No. 82-05-PP; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission conducted a public
hearing on February 25, 1982, due notice of which was properly
given, and issued its recommendation that the preliminary plat
be conditionally approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation of
the City Planning Commission at the Regular Council Meeting of
March 15, 1982, and concurred with said recommendation; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the preliminary plat of the replat of Block 10, Wehe's
First Addition, hereby is conditionally approved and the applicant
may cause to be prepared a final plat to conform, in addition to
all other applicable regulations and requirements, with the follow-
ing specific conditions:
1. That the final plat prepared for City
Council approval show the replat super-
imposed over the existing plat as
required by RCW 58.12.010;
2. Proposed Lots 6 and 7 be made at least
75 feet wide;
3. The final plat show the existing 10 foot
wide public utility easements retained
by Ordinance No. 2309 as well as the
additional 10 foot public utility ease-
ment required by the Franklin County
P.U.D. along North Elm Avenue, and show
the public alley retained by Ordinance
No. 2331;
4. The applicant patch street cuts to City
of Pasco standards if relocation of any
utility stubs is required;

5. The applicant pay the entire park fund
fee for the twelve lots ($2,400) at the
time of final plat approval.
