1494 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION authorizing the conveyance of city real property.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PASCO CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS: ,
The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the City
of Pasco a Quit Claim Deed deeding the below described property
which is situate in Franklin County, Washington, to De Ette McGregor
and Alyson McGregor for the sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($6,500):
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 3, Loncr,I,s First Addition
to the City of Pasco, accorg to the plat there-
of recorded in the office of the auditor of
Franklin County, Washington. Subject to general
taxes after delivery of deed. Subject to building
and zoning ordinances, easements, restrictions,
and covenants of record, if any.
The Community Development Director is authorized to deliver
the deed to said purchasers upon the receipt in full of the bid
price of Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($6,500).
PASSED this 1st day of March, 1982, and approved by the Mayor.
