NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RESOLUTION NO 1490
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider vacation
of a certain portion of Hugo Avenue and a certain alley within the
City of Pasco
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City Council of
the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a certain portion of Hugo Avenue and a
certain alley in the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, R C W 35 39 requires public hearings on said petition to be
fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that portion of Hugo
Avenue lying south of the south line of East "A" Street, and north of the
south line of Elliot's Addition, together with the ten (10) feet east/west
alley adjacent the south line of Elliot's Addition lying between the extended
west line of Lot 1, Block 1, Elliot's Addition and the extended east line of
Lot 5, Block 2, Elliot's Addition, all within the City of Pasco, will be
held before the City Council of the City of Pasco, in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of
8 00 p m on the 15th day of March, 1982 That the City Clerk of the City
of Pasco shall give notice of said public hearing as required by law
