NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RESOLUTION NO 1483
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing
to consider vacation of a certain alley in
Block 25, Riverside Addition
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the
City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a
certain alley in Block 25, Riverside Addition in the City of
Pasco, and
WHEREAS, R C W 35 79 requires public hearings on said
petition to be fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the
east/west alley lying between South 10th Avenue and South 11th
Avenue of Block 25, Riverside Addition to Pasco, will be held
before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the council
chambers of the City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco,
Washington, at the hour of 8 00 p m on the 16th day of
February, 1982 That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall
give notice of said public hearing as required by law
