RESOLUTION NO 1475
A RESOLUTION authorizing Jim Ajax, Director of Public Works/City Engineer
to sign and/or execute any and all documents necessary to
secure Referendum 38 grant funding
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco has intentions of making improvements to
the Raw Water Supply Municipal Water System, and
WHEREAS, those specific improvements include the replacement of
one pump and the addition of a second line over the dike, and
WHEREAS, the City has a potential opportunity to receive Referendum
38 grant monies from the Washington State Department of Social and Health
Services, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been appraised of the details of the
project as well as funding possibility, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That the Pasco City Council does hereby authorize Jim Ajax, Director
of Public Works/City Engineer to sign and otherwise execute any and all
documents that may be necessary to secure Referendum 38 grant funding and
also administer said funding if such is received.
