RESOLUTION NO 1474
A RESOLUTION accepting the work performed by Gregory Construction, Inc.
on Contract No. 81-2-06, Southeast Pasco Industrial Area
Waterline, L I D. No 114
WHEREAS, work performed by Gregory Construction, Inc , under contract
no 81-2-06, Southeast Pasco Industrial Area Waterline, L.I D 114, has been
examined by the City Engineer, and the City Engineer has found that all work
required by the contract has been acceptably performed and completed in
conformance with the applicable project specifications and drawings, and
WHEREAS, it is the City Engineer's recommendation that the City of Pasco
formally accept the contractor's work and the project as complete, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
Section 1. That the City Council concurs with the City Engineer's
recommendation and hereby accept the work performed by Gregory Construction,
Inc. on contract no. 81-2-06, the Southeast Pasco Industrial Area Waterline
Project, L.I D 114, as being completed in conformance with the project
specifications and drawings, and
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the
Washington State Department of Revenue, and Labor and Industries, of this
acceptance, and
Section 3. That final payment of retainage being withheld pursuant to
applicable laws, regulations and administrative determinations shall be released
upon satisfaction of same and verification thereof by the City Engineer and
Director of Finance.
