RESOLUTION NO. 1471
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing
to consider vacation of a certain portion of
Ainsworth Street.
WHEREAS, a qualified petition has been submitted to the City
Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of a certain por-
tion of Ainsworth Street in the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, RCW 35.79 requires a public hearing on said petition
to be fixed by resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the South
ten feet of Ainsworth Street lying between Ninth Avenue and the
East line of Block 18, Riverside Addition, within the City of Pasco,
will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the
council chambers at City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco,
Washington, at the hour of 8:00 P.M., on the IF( day of January,
1982. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice
of said public hearing as required by law.
