RESOLUTION NO. 1470
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing
to consider vacation of certain alleys in Block
7, Sylvester Park Addition.
WHEREAS, a qualifed petition has been submitted to the City
Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of all alleys with-
in Block 7, Sylvester Park Addition, in the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, RCW 35.79 requires a public hearing on said petition
to be fixed by resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of all alleys
within Block 7, Sylvester Park Addition, within the City of Pasco,
will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the
council chambers at City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco,
Washington, at the hour of 8:00 P.M, on the 4 day of January,
1982. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice
of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 7 of
December , 1981.
