RESOLUTION NO. 1469
A RESOLUTION accepting the work performed by Dimenson
Construction, Inc., and Ditzler Contractors,
Inc., under contract for additions and
modifications to Memorial Swimming Pool.
WHEREAS, the work performed by Dimenson Construction, Inc.,
and Ditzler Contractors, Inc., under the contract for additions
and modifications to Memorial Swimming Pool has been examined by
the consulting architects to the City of Pasco, and the consult-
ing architects have found that all work required by the contract
has been acceptably performed and completed in conformance with
the applicable project specifications and drawings, and
WHEREAS, it is the Director of Parks and Recreation's
recommendation that the City of Pasco formally accept the con-
tractor's work and the project is complete, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Council concurs with the Director of Parks
and Recreation's recommendation and hereby accepts the work per-
formed by Dimenson Construction, Inc., and Ditzler Contractors,
Inc., under the contract for additions and modifications to
Memorial Swimming Pool as being completed in conformance with
the project's specifications and drawings, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed
to notify the Washington State Department of Revenue, and Labor and
Industries of this acceptance, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the final payment of retainage
being withheld pursuant to applicable laws, regulations and
administrator determination shall be released upon satisfaction
of same and verification thereof by the City Parks and Recreation
Director.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, this 7
day of December , 1981, and app eved by the Mayor.
