RESOLUTION NO 1465
A RESOLUTION setting the date and time for a Public Hearing on the Final
Assessment Roll for the Sylvester Park Area L I D No 112,
Units 2 and 3.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That Monday, December 7th 1981, at 8 00 p m. in the Council Chambers
of the Pasco City Hall, 412 West Clark Street, shall be the designated time
and place for the Public Hearing on the Final Assessment Roll for the Sylvester
Park Area L I D. No. 112, Units 2 and 3,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that appropriate public notice shall be given to
publication of the notice, and mailing of the notice and assessment roll to
owners of property within the district boundaries
