A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE SEGREGATION OF L I D NO 108
FINAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOTS 1 THROUGH 5 OF BLOCK 6, DESERT
WIND ESTATES, AS REQUESTED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER INTO 12
INDIVIDUAL FINAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, Modum Developers, Inc , has requested that the final assessments
for L.I D No 108 assigned to Lot Nos 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Block 6, Desert
Wind Estates, be segregated into 12 individual assessments to be assigned to
Lots 1 through 12 of the plat of Desert Sands, and
WHEREAS, State Law provides for such segregation of assessments by the
provisions of RCW 35 44 410, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
Section 1 The City Treasurer is hereby directed, upon receipt of the
fee stipulated below from the developer, to segregate the following described
original assessments as confirmed by Council Action on Ordinance No 2238,
passed February 17, 1981,

Section 2 The property owner requesting this segregation, Modum
Developers, Inc , shall pay a fee of $10 00 per old tract of land, making a
total of $50 00, as required by RCW 35 44 410

Section 3. The property owner, Modum Developers, Inc., shall additionally
pay a fee of $250 00 to cover clerical costs incident to making the segregation,
as provided by RCW 35.44.410
Section 4. This segregation of assessments shall be recorded as provided
by Law upon receipts of fees and calculation of the segregated assessments
