RESOLUTION NO. 1458
A RESOLUTION approving the preliminary plat of Lot 2, Short
Plat 77-27, and authorizing the preparation of a final plat.
WHEREAS, an application for preliminary plat was filed by
W. I. Osborne, owner, on August 21, 1981, said application being
assigned planning division master file No. 81-47-PP; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission conducted a public
hearing on September 24, 1981, due notice of which was properly
given, and issued its recommendation that the preliminary plat be
approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation of the
City Planning Commission at the regular council meeting of
October 5, 1981, and concurred with said recommendation; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pasco;
That the preliminary plat of Lot 2, Short Plat 77-27, hereby
is approved and the applicant may cause to be prepared a final
plat to conform to all applicable regulations.
