RESOLUTION NO
A RESOLUTION accepting the Conveyance of Public Right-of-Way from Betty
Blakely and Dennis Bartha along Road 24
WHEREAS, construction of roadway on Road 24 necessitates the acquisition
of public right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached between the City of Pasco and
property owners in which 21 feet of property has been dedicated as public right-
of-way, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
Section 1 The City of Pasco accepts the conveyance of public right-of-way
from Betty Blakely, owner, and Dennis Bartha, purchaser, conveying the west
21 feet of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter
Section 25, Township 9 North Range 29 East W M EXCEPT the south 165 feet thereof
Section 2 The City Clerk shall record the conveyance of public right-of-
way as prescribed by law.
