RESOLUTION NO. 1452
A RESOLUTION FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF WORK BY
A.J. CORPORATION - PASCO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
AND COMMENCEMNT OF THIRTY DAY LIEN.
Whereas, in excess of 50% of the contract work has been
completed by the A.J. Corporation on the Pasco Municipal Golf
Course; and whereas such work has been completed in a satisfactory
manner,
Be it resolved b y the Cit y Council of the City of Pasco
as follows:
The contract work b y A.J. Corporation on the construction
of the Pasco Municipal Golf Course is hereby accepted except for the
following items of work that remain to be completed:
Item 1. The installation of fence around the drivin g
ran g e - approximate cost of work: $5,000.00.
Item 2. The placement of sand and vertical drain sumps
in sand traps - approximate cost: $10,000.00.
Item 3. The replanting of trees (replacement of dead
trees) - approximate cost: $2,900.00.
Item 4. Placement of new computerized boards n
irri g ation s y stem - approximate cost: i$2,000.00.
Item 5. Fairway drain sumps - approximate cost: $300.00.
The thirty da y statutory lien period shall commence on
the retainage in the amount of $58,357.75 currently held in retaina g e
on this project. Retainage of 5% shall continue to be retained on
the work yet to be completed.
