RESOLUTION NO 1449
A resolution accepting the right of public access to a private sidewalk
from Richard B Stout
Whereas private sidewalk had been constructed on private property at the
below described parcel, and
Whereas the property owner agreed to grant the right of access to that
private sidewalk to the public, in lieu of paying to construct a
duplicate public facility, and
Whereas the attached letter grants said right of access, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
Section 1 That the City Council of the City of Pasco does hereby
accept for the public the right of access to private
sidewalk adjacent to public right-of-way on the below
described parcel from Richard B Stout
Parcel Description
Lot 5, EXCEPT 11 b' nereof and E 40' of
Lot 6, Block 2, Moratn Subdivision
Section 2 That the City Clerk shall record said right of access pr-
scribed by law, and shall maintain records thereof as requirei
