RESOLUTION NO
1448
A RESOLUTION accepting the work performed by L W Vail Company, Inc
on Contract No 81-9-09, Library Roof Project
WHEREAS, the work performed by L W Vail Company, Inc , under Contract
No 81-9-09, has been examined by the City Engineer, and the City Engineer
has found that all work required by the contract has been acceptably
performed and completed in conformance with the applicable project specifications
and drawings, and
WHEREAS it is the City Engineer's recommendation that the City of
Pasco formally accept the contractor's work and the project as complete,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That the City Council concurs with the City Engineer's recommendation
and hereby accepts the work performed by L W Vail Company, Inc , on Contract
No 81-9-09 as being completed in conformance with the project specifications
and drawings, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify
the Washington State Departments of Revenue, and Labor and Industries of this
acceptance, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that final payment of retainage being withheld
pursuant to applicable laws, regulations and administrative determinations
shall be released upon satisfaction of same and verification thereof by the
City Engineer and Director of Finance
