RESOLUTION NO 1446
A RESOLUTION fixin g the time and place for a public hearin g to consider
vacation of a certain portion of South Street
WHEREAS, a q ualified petition has been submitted to the Cit y Council
of the City of Pasco re q uestin g vacation of a certain portion of South Street
in the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS, RCW 35 79 re q uires a public hearin g on said petition to be
fixed b y resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
That a public hearin g to consider the vacation of that portion of
South Street l y in g between South Fourth Avenue and South Fifth Avenue, within
the City of Pasco, will be held before the Cit y Council of the Cit y of Pasco
in the Council Chambers of the Cit y Hall, 412 West Clark Street, Pasco, Washin g ton,
at the hour of 8 00 p m. on the 5th da y of October, 1981 That the Cit y Clerk
of the Cit y of Pasco shall g ive notice of said public hearin g as re q uired by law

September , 1981
